this day absolutely kicked my ass
#literally not a thing went right#theres so much fucking ice and my boss is not concerned at all#but we literally cant fucking walk#AND NEITHER CAN SOME OF THE HORSES BC SOME OF THEM HAVENT GOT ICE STUDS#which fucking terrifying like they could fall and break a leg OR FALL ON US#the youngest of the stallions broke free this morning bc we're in the midst of separating him and his companion#bc his companion is moving#and the stallion is just not fuckign trained (because people on this yard are absolutely insane)#so he just went fuck this shit im out#obviously nearly scared us half to death bc he took off on the ice#also we had to move the big girls bc their field was literally 90% ice#and then bc we moved them we had to move the oldest stallion#and then when we turned HIM back out he went to the icy corner of his field so he could see them#SO THEN WE HAD TO GET SAND AND SAND HIM A PATH BEFORE HE BROKE HIS FUCKING LEGS#and tHEN we had the move the big girls again so he'd go to a different corner dsdfskgfkhgs#and that was all! before 10 in the morning#nothing else went wrong tbh it was just the walking on the ice for the rest of the day it really tires you out#ok done complaining peace out#khfshggkf#stfu ida
